Driving Directions to Elder Resources
10 Langley Road, Suite 300, Newton Centre, MA 02459

PARKING:
1) Street parking: 1 hour meters
2) Municipal lots: there are two municipal lots: ($.50 per hour)

• Langley at Beacon: 2-hour limit (Directly opposite our building)
• Behind CVS: between Pleasant and Pelham Streets (Here there are 3 and 12-hour meters)

FROM THE NORTH:

• Take 95/128 South Exit in Newton at Route 16 East (sign says "Waban/West Newton)
• Take a right at end of exit ramp.
• Take a right at first light onto Beacon Street Travel on Beacon street approx 3 miles, through Waban Square (some stores and a T station).
• Go straight through lights at Chestnut, Beethoven and Walnut Streets.
• Go one mile past intersection at Walnut Street to main intersection at Beacon and Centre Street.
• Turn left onto Centre Street, go one block and take a right onto Langley Road.
• We are at 10 Langley Road - large stone building on corner.Our office is on the 3rd floor. You will see the municipal parking lot on your right.
• Turn right into lot.

FROM ROUTE 9 WEST/ BROOKLINE/BOSTON

• Take Route 9 West
• At the Parker Street exit make a right onto Parker Street
• Travel .7 miles on Parker Street, which becomes Centre Street.
• Stay right as road widens. Pass through light at Beacon and Centre, go one block and take a right at Langley Road.
• We are at 10 Langley Road - large stone building on corner. Our office is on the 3rd floor. You will see the municipal parking lot on your right.
• Turn right into lot.

FROM THE MASS PIKE:

• Exit at Newton Corner (Exit 17)
• Go straight onto Washington Street, middle lane, for ¼ mile and then bear left on overpass to cross back over the Mass Pike and stay right (follow Newton Centre signs)
• Make immediate right at first light after crossing over the Mass Pike onto Centre Street
• Take Centre Street approx 2 miles to Newton Center. You will pass Cabot Street, Mill Street, and Commonwealth Avenue
• After Commonwealth Avenue as you enter Newton Centre you will take a left onto Langley Road opposite the CVS (if you enter big intersection at Beacon Street and Centre Streets you have gone too far).
• We are at 10 Langley Road - large stone building on corner. Our office is on the 3rd floor. You will see the municipal parking lot on your right.
• Turn right into lot.

FROM THE SOUTH:

• Take MA Rt. 24 North
• Exit number 21B on the left toward I-95/Rt. 128
• Take I-95/Rt. 128 - Take Exit marked Rt. 9 Brookline/Newton onto Rt. 9 East towards Brookline/Boston
• Take RT-9 E 1.7 miles - you will see a sign "Newton Centre/West Roxbury" (DO NOT go under overpass) exit Rt. 9 - at top of exit ramp is Parker Street.
• Take a left onto Left onto Parker Street
• Travel .7 miles on Parker Street, which becomes Centre Street. Stay right as road widens. Pass through light at Beacon and Centre, go one block and take a right onto Langley Road.
• We are at 10 Langley Road - large stone building on corner. Our office is on the 3rd floor. You will see the municipal parking lot on your right.
• Turn right into lot.

FROM ROUTE 9 EAST:

• Take Route 9 East to Newton
• From Rt. 128 overpass travel 1.7 miles - you will see a sign Newton Centre/West Roxbury.
• Exit Rt. 9 - at top of exit ramp is Parker Street.
• Take a left onto Parker Street
• Travel .7 miles on Parker Street, which becomes Centre Street. Stay right as road widens. Pass through light at Beacon and Centre, go one block and take a right at Langley Road.
• We are at 10 Langley Road - large stone building on corner. Our office is on the 3rd floor. You will see the municipal parking lot on your right.
• Turn right into lot.
