ASSUMPTIONS
- A private home care agency is used and the aides are considered to be employees of that private agency.
- The private home care agency is responsible for the screening, insuring, and bonding of the aides.
- The private home care agency is responsible for providing substitute employees in the event an aide is ill or cannot show up for work on a given day.
